The insurance company for the senior relative I care for keeps wanting to work with this company even though we’ve had multiple problems with both the aids and the main office on things like communication, theft, and the that aids had tried to berate, belittle, and just full on lie to us on what they were doing. Had only THREE good ones out of over TEN aids that we had so we were lucky to even have had a good one more than one time. This recent one for some reason, stole my measuring tape and a thing of coffee from me. Idk what their plans are with those and honestly weird items to steal. Another stole medications, one didn’t know how to cook at all or even basic cleaning. Some were scared of the animals I have (they’re small animals) even tho we mentioned to the company we can’t have one that is scared of animals or put off by them. And just like the other person that left a negative review, we’ve also had some that had lied about their hours, on multiple occasions. Over all, never leave them with the care of your loved one unless you REALLY want that loved one to suffer because the general care from this company is well below satisfactory. Some aids from this company have stolen, neglected, and verbally abused clients. DONT EVER LET THEM TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONE.
