Our family recently had the opportunity to experience care here, and I cannot say enough good things about the team especially Unit Manager Ashley and Wound Care Nurse Jan. They were both incredible throughout our stay and played a huge role in helping us successfully transition home. Ashley made sure everything was organized and communicated clearly, while Jan provided truly exceptional wound care and attention to detail. The wound care here is top-notch. Jan was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to ensure everything was being done correctly and healing was progressing. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing our loved one was receiving such high-quality care. This was our family’s third experience with nursing homes and rehab facilities, and without a doubt this was the best experience we’ve had. The communication, professionalism, and genuine care from the staff really stood out. We are incredibly grateful to Ashley, Jan, and the entire team for the outstanding care and support they provided. Thank you for making such a difference for our family. 💙

The staff at Brynwood are caring and were loving to my mom, even following up to check on her multiple times this week after we moved her to a new city to be closer to family. They always caught things quickly when she was sick. I also felt like Brynwood, while it may be an older facility, was always kept very clean. They do a great job with engaging their residents and making it fun and events special. They really do love who they care for-- and it was so clear on the day we moved my mom out how loved she was00 what a gift!

Brynwood has been a life saver for me for many years now. Their caring quality of care is unequaled anywhere else. I have a relative there for whom I'm responsible and the staff have been absolutely wonderful in every respect.
