Bruceville Point offers a range of spacious 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom, 2 bath Independent Living apartments with up to 1,186 square feet of living space. Some units feature balconies or patios. These are perfect homes for couples—and there’s no second person fee.
Assisted Living Services are fully integrated, managed and delivered by our team, tailored to your needs and provided in the privacy of your apartment. You stay in your home, maintaining the independent lifestyle you love.
Our model combines Independent Living apartments with a full range of Assisted Living Services, delivered and directly managed by our Tenfold resident services team. Because these services are offered in all Independent Living apartments, you’ll be able to stay in your own home and participate fully as an active member of the community, maintaining the independent lifestyle you love.
Our Resident Services Director will help to tailor a service mix to your individual requirements as your needs change. Services are delivered discreetly in the privacy of your apartment.

Bruceville Point is awesome. However, the best is Maricel, she the first person I met and she is the best, she is super helpful, friendly, funny, fast and the even better she always returns texts and phone calls immediately, even in the evening!<br>Also, she reminds me of everything, I can be forgetful.<br>If you want the best Sacramento has to offer seniors, go to Bruceville Point and ask for Maricel, you will not be disappointed.

Bruceville point is an amazing senior living community! I’ve had the pleasure of attending many events that they host here and they are always so well thought out and executed. They take pride in providing the residents with amazing experiences. The staff is all so welcoming and anyone would be lucky to call this home.

The staff here is helpful. To sign in use the digital pad on the counter. To oder food hit the bell button on the piller to the right of the bar. This place is hassle free.
