Worst nursing facility anyone could send their family member too, Cna's stay on their phones all day and could care less what happens to any resident, Residents get talked to very rudely. The Dietary department is very unsanitary gnats all in the kitchen area. They have very rude supervisors and managers Greg and Austin.

This is the worst (I repeat) worst nursing facility you can send anyone to. Please note my exclusion of the adjective "skilled" when describing this facility. I refuse to use the term "skilled" in reference to Brookview at Stonebridge, because there is nothing "skilled" about it. Therefore it shouldn't be allowed the privilege to be called a skilled nursing facility. However, I digress. I sent my great-grandmother to Brookview with two legs; she left with one. Due to improper care, lack of medical knowledge, a lackadaisical atmosphere, a shortage of common sense and nonchalant/rude/ignorant employees, Brookview caused my great-grandmother to develop pressure sores (also known as bed sores). The staff had no clue of how to deal with this issue properly, which lead to an infection, eventually leading to to the amputation of her right leg. The turnover rate of CNAs and LPNs is so rediculous, one would think it has the hiring and firing process of a fast food restaurant. Each week, I found myself having to explain/teach a newly hired CNA and LPN not only of my grandmother's condition, but also how to properly take care of her. Additionally, I (a person with very limited nursing skills and no nursing background) had to inform them on how to treat her pressure sores. There are many other disappointing things I can say about this horrible facility, but I would be typing for hours. I wouldn't send a rat to live at Brookview at Stonebridge. This place really needs to be shut down for the sake of humanity.
