Special lady at the front. Had a delivery. Asked me the same question 7 times. She kept asking me who the delivery was for I clearly gave her the name well.Do you know who sent it?I said the only information I have is the name. I gave her the name, she asked me the exact same thing over and over again. Not an old person, but apparently she needs a hearing aid or some common sense, i'm not sure which. Time is money quit wasting drivers time.

We moved my father in law into memory care after his wife and caretaker was in an accident. We could not be any happier with the process we went through. It was an emergent situation and they made sure we had a safe place for him. Since he moved in over a month ago we have seen nothing but love and kindness from the staff and particularly the caregivers in memory care. I am so grateful to have found Brooking Park.

My husband was recently admitted to Brooking Park for rehabilitative care and was there for four weeks. I was apprehensive at first, not knowing what to expect, but my concerns were soon put to rest. The staff was very welcoming and attentive and answered any questions that we had. Wanda and DeAngelo came right in and immediately started helping him get settled in. I was especially appreciative for the fact that Lauren, the Social Services Director, and Melanie, the Nurse Manager, were always accessible to me to answer any questions that I might have and address any concerns. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Departments did an outstanding job of working with my husband, diligently helping him to regain his strength and build the confidence needed to learn new skills. The nursing staff was on point in making sure that all of his medical needs were met. Having his meals in the dining room, restaurant-style, was certainly a treat for him. The dining room staff was always friendly, pleasant, and professional and treated him with the utmost respect. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping his room and the facility clean and presentable, and never hesitated when asked to assist in any way. Overall, our experience with Brooking Park was a favorable and pleasant one.

My disabled brother has lived at Brooking Park for over 7 years. A noticeable improvement has been felt since EverTrue has taken over the facility. The skilled. nursing manager, Kathy, is great and along with hiring some excellent new employees to replace agency workers has greatly improved the care. Kathy is easy to communicate with and is committed to the best care for the residents. With the recent horrible weather, I was so relieved not to have to worry about my brother’s care when not able to visit. I really feel the facility is returning back to a more top tier nursing home.

Absolutely disgusting place, I came in as agency and was completely blind sighted . Im a RN and take pride in my work but this place ABSOLUTELY takes the cake.

I arrived at the facility for the first time and asked the cna working the floor how I would figure out where I needed to go she then told me go over there and read the clipboard it will have your assignment... ok new person in the building great customer service..I finally find my hall and which I discover later there are 3 residents with covid im in a unit by myself with 3 other cnas all agency and not familiar with the building im to pass all meds do all treatments and charting and ensure all residents stay in their room (facility said they all had to quarantine) i express to the unit manager this is alot she doesn't offer to help she tells me she has a class to teach while family members are there upset because meds are late and not out of bed yet..come 2pm the tablet they gave me is dead and mind you they never gave me my own login access they were (busy).
By 3pm I hadn't even finished passing 10am meds !!! This place is disgusting and management is horrendous..they should be ashamed of themselves i feel horrible for the residents and their families 1 nurse cannot properly care for 27 rooms with 2 residents in each and when asking for help you are ignored...the DON sat in her office and ignored me when asking for assistance with finding a charger to finish passing the meds ...Absolutely sickening..if you value your license dont go here..oh and because I didn't get their unrealistic expectations completed they dnrd me from the facility...longterm care facilities like this should be shut down and management should be held accountable...I've been a DON and I always helped my staff we are a team and the residents are the reason we have a job
