The staff are all very friendly and caring. Brookdale is very clean and pleasant place. I would recommend it for anyone to have their family members there when needed. It will give you peace of mind, knowing that your loved one is being taken care of.

My father has been at the Brookdale assisted living side for a few years now. He is on the younger side when it comes to folks in the community, but he does well interacting with his hall mates and enjoys bingo the most. The staff are very friendly and responsive and the community is always clean!

The staff at Brookdale Utica are caring and professional. The nursing staff is always available for questions and our father is receiving very good care. Florica at the front desk always greets us with a smile. There are several social events and the residents are very friendly to each other.

Moving my mom into a memory care facility was one of the hardest decisions I had to make. She has dementia, and due to changes in our family's living situation, it was no longer possible for her to live with a relative. I was worried about how she would adjust, but after 9 months, I can honestly say it was the right choice. Brookdale Utica's memory care senior living has far exceeded my expectations.<br><br>Since moving in, my mom has become more social, active, and genuinely happy. She is always smiling, has made new friends, and thrives every day taking part in different activities. It’s been such a relief to see her enjoying her golden years in a safe and supportive environment. The staff here are incredible—kind, friendly, communicative, and truly attentive to her needs. They treat her with dignity and care, and it shows in how comfortable and content she is. There entire team is amazing to work with.<br><br>Knowing my mom is so well taken care of gives me peace of mind. I’m grateful every day for the compassion and dedication of the team here and couldn't be happier with my decision.
