Brookdale Reynolda was wonderful to my mom during her stay there. I can't thank the staff enough for treating her with such kindness and welcoming her with such warmth during her transition from the rehab center. Anne, especially, went to extreme measures to make sure we were able to get my mother moved in exactly when she needed a safe place to call home. Every staff member was kind and caring and always willing to help with whatever was needed on a daily basis. I knew my mom was well-cared for and safe, and that meant the world to our family. Seeing her become healthier and happier was truly a gift. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, safe, family-oriented environment for their loved one.

My father in law died here after 3 months. Not a single letter, email or spoken condolence from this facility. Nursing care very poor. All they want is money. Nice facility but it's the CNA' s and housekeepers that do the work. They are kind and caring. Admin ...they need a lot of work.

The staff is very helpful, kind and fun loving. The place is always clean and well maintained. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves during their special activities and dining times. I feel like it is a real home for my mom and that she is very well taken care of in nourishment, medical, and social situations. It is a great relief to know that we found such a good place for her. I visit her often and am always happy to be there.

My Mom really likes living at Brookdale Reynolda! She's feels at-home and has less anxiety regarding aging knowing there are staff there that care for her.
