My Uncle moved into Brookdale Jones Valley several months ago. We live out of state but the staff at Brookdale have been so helpful in keeping us up to date on my uncle. We would certainly recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, friendly and caring facility. Barbara T.

Go above and beyond to help in every way they feasibly can. While short staffed at times, specialized and caring employees definitely look after their residents and develop genuine relationships throughout!

I've never seen an Army Veteran to be insulted and humiliated the way they do it at Brookdale Jones Farm accisted living . The staff at this facility are completely unfazed by the presence of a witness, which I am. In response to my complaints to the director, the dining room staff stopped feeding an Army Veteran breakfast at all.<br>Shameless.<br>I'm deeply shocked and I want as many people as possible know about this.<br>P.S.To get me to shut up, Office Manager Regina tried to provoke a conflict and accuse me of something.<br>No, Office Manager Regina, I will not shut up like you asked.<br>P.S., P.S.<br>My response to your response:<br>You brought breakfast to the room after an Army Veteran waited over an hour in the cafeteria. He left the dining room being upset. And after that I filed a complaint and handed it to Regina, the office manager.<br>Breakfast time is at 7:00, as I remember.<br>Office Manager Regina brought his breakfast in his room at 8:40 after my complain.<br>You are very pathetic in your lies.
