I am a residence here at Brook dale in Alexandria La with my husband. We have been a resident for over 6 months. And love our staff in all departments we moved here due to my husbands health and they welcomed us and our 3 fur babies with open arms we have so many dear friends here and everyone is treated with respect and love we r all family here I do recommend BrookDale to all. We will welcome your loved ones with open arms

This place is the absolute worst place do not put your loved ones here. They neglected my grandmother and I will never stop telling people how absolutely horrible this place is.

I highly recommend Brookdale Senior Living for the needs of anyone who needs assisted living. The staff is superb and they truly care about each and every resident! Every employee I have met has told me they absolutely Love their job and the residents, even without me asking. My parents say the food is great and they have many options to choose from for every meal. The proof of good food shows because both parents have gained some much needed weight since being there (just a few lbs). I have seen so many positive changes in my parents since they arrived 2-3 months ago there is no way to list them all! The staff at Brookdale have relieved me of an enormous amount of stress I had about the care and wellbeing of my parents. Again, I highly recommend Brookdale Senior Living for the care of your loved ones.
