The lady that answered the phone here on Thursday 09-02-2021 was very unprofessional and had the worst attitude in the world like I woke her up at 11:49pm. She was so rude that I would not use this place for a dog I hated. I was calling about a serious matter dealing with Louisiana Department of Health and she assured me that she hates her job. Don't get a job if you don't want to answer the phone or do your job. Really SAD!!!!
