Bronson Commons is the best nursing home I have ever been in. They took such good care of my mom the nurses were absolutely wonderful along with the Drs . My mom's social worker was so great so caring. The whole facility was clean and organized. I would recommend Bronson Commons for your loved one . If I could give more than 5 stars I would thank you so much .

I came here 14 days ago from the hospital with a small fracture in my rt. knee with strict non-weight bearing orders. My left knee is getting a total knee replacement soon and is shot so I am wheelchair bound. I go home tomorrow because a ramp was built today but surprisingly have not been . The CNA's are helpful, the Nurses sharp, OT & PT have really made a difference in preparing me for home and activities staff fun and upbeat. Amy, Case Manager, worked so hard to help me and every staff person I have had contact with has been friendly. I couldn't recommend this facility enough, it is terrific.

I just wanted to leave a review. My husband had broken his hip and we Chose Bronson Commons for his place of therapy. The staff there was amazing. My husband is hearing impaired and they did everything they could to help him understand on days when interpreters were not available. I would also like to give a special thank you to Raquel who went above and beyond for him and I just wanted to give her a special thank you from us and you guys did an amazing job.

Bronson Commons is rated as a 5 star facility - true of the building only. If you have an elderly family member who has any signs of diminished mental issues/any stage of dementia - DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE. They are totally unable to deal with or show any empathy for that patient. And if that is your only option, you must be a steady presence to the staff. I would suggest that you keep notes of names of staff that exhibit unprofessional behavior, note if staff are rounding on a regular basis to lay eyes on the patient. As a RN for nearly 20 years, I am very disturbed to see how patient care has become almost non-existent in many of these facilities. The building is not safe for patients with memory issues. My brother was able to elope from the unlocked building, unseen in spite of cameras, taking a serious fall in the parking lot. An alarm bracelet was put on his wrist after the fact. Please think twice about taking your loved one to this facility.

In 9 months my Dad (78 years old) has been to 4 different nursing homes for physical therapy after hospital stays. Bronson Commons was by far the best one! Each nurse we met (and my husband and I were there every night to visit ) was very kind. If the call button was pressed..somebody was there quickly. The doctors actually listened to us and didn't change his meds like the doctors at other nursing homes did which made him very sick each time. The place is clean...the little cafeteria has the BEST pizza and the view outside the rooms windows to the garden area is really pretty. :) They have a cat that lives in the offices and a gorgeous therapy dog named Bentley. :) I can't say enough good things about this place. If my Dad has to go back it will definitely be here. :)
