Best place. Took care of my grandma very well, and has such nice staff and are very helpful. The administrator is very kind and loves work 1 on 1 with residents to make them feel welcome.

My sister is currently facing being released to the streets. She had just moved from Arkansas, left a 30 year marriage when she fell on the bus ride here and broke her back !! How is this legal ,?? Pissed thinking lawsuit. Rushed to Bronson for surgery on her appendix and now they won't even take her back to get her things!! Do not use this facility if you value your loved ones

I was terrified my first day but after that day i have gotten along very well with all employees. They are an amazing bunch of people. They are prompt and when i ever needed them they were always here for me. Physical therapy is doing me great getting me stronger and making sure i am gonna walk better than ever. Love this place.

Family member sent here for rehabilitation services. Took 2 weeks to process the transfer to a different facility closer to home. Did not change family members brief and left them soiled for 2 hours. On two separate visits they could not provide room number for family number and had to search for the correct room by walking up and down the halls

I am much happier with the new administrative staff but the meals for the patients still needs a lot of improvement. My mom will not eat half the food she is served, I'm sure if it looked, smelled, and tasted better she would eat it. Her overall nursing care has dramatically improved recently so I am satisfied of her care but like to see improvement of the nutrition.
