Our experience has not been the best! We were charmed when placing our loved one so much so that I missed so many red flags. The management is a joke— poorly run is an understatement. The food is blah- same thing every single day. The cleaners are mediocre at best and do the bare minimum. My mom has asked to have her bedding washed and they avoid washing anything not put in a basket for them. If you come after 5 be prepared to stand in the heat for 15+ mins for someone to let you in!!! They are greatly understaffed! I’d look elsewhere. This is not some place i want my loved one to be cared for!

Update 2-6-26. Visited mom in memory care unit today. Mom was clean and well kept. Room. Was neat and orderly. All staff friendly and helpful. Zero concerns about care they provide. Update 8-5-25. Mom has been moved to the memory care unit number of months ago. Visited today. My mom mas well take. Care of. Facilities were very clean. Staff way awesome with mom. No concerns. Director of Nursing is the best!! I toured multiple independent and skilled nursing homes before I picked Broadway Mesa Village. In the last 8 months only have had one concern. After a couple weeks it was addressed. The time delay was a result in communication issues. Employee I called no longer worked for them. Today I dealt with a corporate leader covering and issues were immediately corrected. My mom loves the staff. Food is excellent. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Cost is in line with other facilities. I am an Rn and am very critical of my care for my mother. Todd

Where to begin? There are so many things. This place is always understaffed, especially at night. The food is horrible; there's no specific diet for people with diabetes. The director is a tyrant; she never greets anyone, only when she's giving a tour, of course, trying to convince people that the place is well-run, but it's quite the opposite. Whenever an employee tries to talk to her, she will walk away without saying anything. The maintenance man is in a relationship with one of his coworkers, and I wonder if that's professional. He never does anything; he's always behind his desk listening to music on YouTube. The activities are never anything special; they always play the same board games. Oh, and by the way, there's no nurse; someone from the corporate office is filling in. And I could go on and on about this place. If you truly care about your family members, don't bring them here. This place is a joke, and all they care about is making money, regardless of their residents or employees. It is the reason a lot of employees left or are planning on leaving.

Pegasus is the place to bring your loved one if you are looking for a facility that feels like a home. We moved mom from CA to be closer to us since my husband is her POA and she needs a high level of care. She is in early onset dementia and she is physically unable to care for her basic needs anymore. Pegasus has been everything we dreamed of for mom, she had her kidney removed this past June and cleanliness is very important to keep her healthy. Pegasus staff has gone above and beyond as we adjust her care plan and get acclimated. Mom moved in 1 month ago, we visit her very regularly she is clean, hair is always brushed beautifully, her apartment is clean, her laundry is being kept up beautifully as she is struggling with incontinence at night and has a high need for laundry to be done very often. The care team have loved on her and made her feel safe and cared for which is the top priority for us. The medical care she is getting by a company that comes into the facility is impressive we have already had xrays, labs, medication adjustments, a mobile dentist that will be coming to keep mom in the best health possible. There are endless activities for the residents to do daily that are fun and keep the residents busy and social. Mom has already had her hair done and a pedicure in the on site Salon. The food is very good, mom has gained 10 lbs of needed weight in the last month and is enjoying her meals. We highly recommend this facility! During one of the hardest things we have had to deal with Pegasus is making this transition a positive one. Thank you Pegasus!

It is rare to find a community that not only sets a high standard but consistently exceeds it, yet that is exactly what Pegasus Landing of Mesa achieves. I give them the highest possible recommendation.
The Management team at Pegasus Landing is nothing short of exceptional. They are highly communicative, transparent, and proactive in maintaining a positive and supportive environment. They don't manage from an office; they are visible, interacting with residents, and always receptive to feedback. This visionary leadership trickles down, creating a culture where every employee understands their vital role in the residents' well-being.
The Staff are the heart of this community. I would definitely recommend placing your loved one here.
