My mother is on the memory care side.Its ok for the most part, sometimes they are understaffed. Also there is no air conditioning on the memory care side but they air conditioning on the assisted living side. Those elderly with mental conditions should have adequate cooling like the rest of the building.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the treatment and care my mother has been receiving at Broadview Multi-Care Center. Over the past several days, the food being served to her has been unacceptable, both in quality and presentation. The meals look poorly prepared, unbalanced, and honestly depressing for someone who is supposed to be receiving proper care and nutrition.<br><br>Even more concerning is the lack of responsiveness from staff. My mother repeatedly tells me that her requests and concerns are ignored or delayed. She often has to repeat herself multiple times or wait until an entire shift change before anyone responds to her needs. That is not acceptable for a facility responsible for caring for vulnerable people.<br><br>I understand healthcare facilities can be short-staffed, but that cannot become an excuse for poor communication, lack of attentiveness, and substandard care. Families trust these facilities to treat their loved ones with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.<br><br>Right now, I do not feel confident that my mother is receiving the level of care she deserves, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously before more families experience the same frustration.

I go to dialysis daily and the staff is very knowledgeable and nice to me. I have made friends and enjoy the coffee and bingo activities. Edith and mylina take great care of me. I really like living here at broadview multi care.

I have been a resident here for 9 years. I like living here, i have a lot of friends and a lot of things to do. My favorite activities are bingo, horse racing, and drumming exercise. I love Alexis from activities. I really appreciate Ron from maintenance, he is a hard worker and goes above and beyond for our building.

I have been a resident here for 2 years and I love it here. Cody the administrator and Fabian the Director of nursing are amazing young men! All the nursing staff on my unit are caring. The activities department run by Debbie Kim, Alexis and Tina are amazing and care so much about the residents here. Kia is an amazing unit manager! I love this place and this is my home
