Bristol manor was here when I needed it. It's met all my needs and I would give it a 5 star. The staff and admin work to make me feel like I'm at home. I'm totally satisfied.

Do not bring your family here. My mom was there for less than a year and it was nothing but bad experience after another, my mom was neglected the moment they found out she was leaving. Tammy the one in charge is AWFUL, her kids some how work and stay there there and grandkids always stayed and ate the food and ran around while the residents who paid to live couldn't have anybody there due to covid. The staff also got into arguments with the residents and started alot of drama with them even though some had memory issues instead of being professional and treating them like patients they just talked to them like they were kids and talked down to them. Tammy also lied to my mom and us about a lot of different things and yelled at my mom several times for various things. I will never recommend this place for anyone.

I it is a privilege to love the senior. I believe Bristol Care, Inc, has a terrific concept when it comes to 12 Bed capacity facilities. They have 63 homes across the state of Missouri. The company is on the move with bringing the best to Senior Adult Living.
