I’m not sure where all these good reviews are about. This place is dirty. It stinks of urine and poop as soon as you walk in the door. They refused to provide someone near and dear to me all billing information. Yes refused. They are shady. Even the blankets they provide are the thinnest quality you could expect and they are left dirty on the bed. The people are in wheelchairs cramming up the walkways. So many of them sitting in their wheelchairs talking to themselves looking and smelling very bad. That many people In a hallway is a fire hazard. Oh and the cost. Omg pls. A lot of money for a horrible smelly place.

I have been a resident at silver lake for 13 months. The nurses are always looking out for you to make sure you get medicine on time. The aids are great helping with your needs. The activities so you don't get bored. Other residents are social. One big plus you can smoke here.

It's a wonderful nursing home and physical rehab center. The staff are very respectful and kind. There is a solution to any problem. The medical and mental care are top notch. The food is good and the beds and baths are clean. The rest of the residents are easy to get along with and everyone is respectful. My father and my mother preceded me here and I am glad I took my doctor's advice and came here.

My mother was taken to Silver Lake for end of life care , She was treated respectfully and with great care . The nursing staff made sure my mother was comfortable at all times. I would also like to thank Lisa from admissions, she facilitated a smooth transition from the hospital to the nursing home , all while staying in constant communication with the family.

MANY Thanks to Silver Lake. They helped make it a comfortable transition for my brother. I live 3000 miles away and thanks to the wonderful staff it has been easier transition for my brother and our family. Stand outs of the staff are Lisa, Asia, Eileen and Jasmine. They are so professional, helping, kind and caring. Silver Lake kindly adapted the breakfast menu for my brother. It is now over one year my brother has been at Silver Lake and it keeps getting better. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!
