We had a family meeting to fine-tune care for my parent. Morgan, Bonnie & Michelle were incredibly attentive to our needs and taking care of us. In just a few days, we are noticing some of the many changes requested being implemented. We are both watching very closely. In hindsight, I wish I had done this a long time ago...asking specifically what we need and trying to have that built into my parent's care plan. Thank you for caring for us! Ajah is so wonderful to my dad and me. She is such a blessing to us! When I stopped by today, she let us eat lunch together on the balcony. Such a wonderful time with my dad. Thank you so much!!! 🥰 Also, thank you for dad's wonderful birthday lunch and our dinner together. It was AMAZING!!! 🥳 Ryan, Bonnie & Craig at Brightview are wonderful, and Brightview is a home away from homes. If Brightview ever takes LTC Medicaid thru MD ~ in addition to private pay, it would be much easier to get and keep my loved one there. Our family and other families wouldn't have to be concerned about future transfers if funds run out, or the costs, paperwork, details, and transition with switching facilities. We could all just relax! This would be much easier on our loved ones, families, and everyone caring for them. We all need stability and peace. Brightview would likely save money too and could transfer residents less. * All I can do is hope & pray this changes. *
