Lyda is an angel awesome nurse she took great care of me and explained everything before hand and as she did anything. Very professional and she needs a raise . I've been under a lot of care by other nurses and Lyda is the best . She truly cares about her patients and I can really tell by the way she takes care of my health . #GodsWork#Angel

I reported a vehicle emergency five hours before my first shift, yet they called it a 'no call, no show.' Given a second chance, I had started a new job and was going to do this part time. After settling in my new job and knowing my hours, my account said it was locked. They told me this was due to not picking up shifts within 30 days. Which is totally fair and understandable. Furthermore, a recent call with Allison was unprofessional; she claimed I failed to communicate my “no call no show”, despite my immediate outreach and refused to listen when I clarified the situation. I had told her this problem has already been dealt with and it’s just because I have not picked up in 30 days. She continued to go on about the “no call no show” incident that was took care of 2 months ago. After asking me if I understood, I told her yes I absolutely understand, she continued to tell me that I do not understand. which was absolutely rude and wrong of her. If you’re looking to work here, be prepared for these type of conversations as they will wrongfully accuse you and make you feel worthless.

We have had a great experience with BrightStar. We’ve been working with our aide Casie for a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier. She makes every day that she’s here better for us. My wife has Lewy Body Dementia and Casie goes above and beyond with her patience and caring. There are an estimated one hundred to four hundred billion stars in the Milky Way galaxy. We’d give her all of them but are limited to five here.

Dawn Gabbard has been taking care of my father in law for almost a year now we could not ask for a better caregiver for him her interaction with John is amazing always on time never calls off she is so sweet and caring thank you for finding her she has made Michelle and I so blessed
