BrightStar was wonderful in caring for my friend during home hospice. Office staff was responsive to any requests or changes. BrightStar provided caring aides who eventually provided around the clock care. They made it possible for my friend to die at home, as was her wish. We couldn’t have done it without Brightstar and are incredibly grateful to them. I can’t recommend BrightStar highly enough.

BrightStar was so important in caring for my wife during the last seven months of her life. They provided caring caregivers during a time that was difficult and challenging for the family. Understanding that the business of providing caregivers is hard, Brightstar worked to provide as consistent and reliable service as they could. There was always someone who would answer the phone no matter what time we needed contact. Some of the home health aids were so special and caring that they were like a part of our family. I feel fortunate to have found BrightStar through a friend's referral to help my father during hip surgery recovery. The BrightStar team has been caring and qualified to aid my father's recovery in his home with overnight care our family was not able to provide personally. They arrive on-time, share information between team members in a log book so each caregiver understands his progress day to day and what has changed in needed care level as he improves. My parents like all the qualified staff who have come to help and enjoy their company. The office staff is always helpful and nice to work with.

During the last few months of my Father's life, the BrightStar team was kind, patient, and caring during his time in home hospice. They were available at all hours and weekends, and they respected the need for the family to visit and have private time with my Father. The owner and lead nurse also regularly communicated with my Mother and brought humanity to a very difficult time in our lives. We recommend their company and their team. We could not have made it through our ordeal without them.
