Honestly, this nursing home has been such a blessing for our family. Everyone is genuinely so kind and patient you can tell they actually love what they do. My grandma is always treated with a ton of respect and warmth, and the staff really took the time to get to know her. They know she loves Days of Our Lives and strawberry jello lol. Every time we visit, she’s comfortable and talking about how super sweet everyone is to her. The place is also really clean and organized. It never feels cold or depressing. The communication is also great and the staff always answer our questions and never make us feel like we’re bothering them. We’re so happy knowing our grandma is somewhere she’s safe and supported. Could not recommend this place more.

I had a very positive experience when I came to visit my family member . The facility stands out for its strong upper management and well-coordinated team environment. Leadership is clearly engaged and supportive, which reflects in the staff’s professionalism and consistency of care. The team works collaboratively, communicates effectively, and shows genuine compassion toward residents. It’s evident that management prioritizes both quality care and staff support, creating a positive atmosphere throughout the facility. Overall, this is a well-run nursing home where leadership and teamwork make a noticeable difference in resident experience. Also, would like to add it’s unfortunate to see residence, family members being very confrontational & rude with staff and their unrealistic demands . This is NOT a 5 star Vacation Resort of any kind nor personal concierge services. Patience , And being respectful to these workers goes a long way they are trying hard to provide great care to “ALL “ that live there .

I had a great experience touring Brighton Post Acute. The building was very clean and welcoming, which immediately stood out to me. The admissions director was informative and made the entire process feel comfortable. I noticed the nurses were attentive and constantly assisting patients, no one was just sitting around, which says a lot about their level of care!

My mother has been at Brighton House for two years just about and the staff here has been absolutely wonderful to my mom. It’s great to see that they have activities for the patients. Again, staff nurses aids. Have all been wonderful. I can’t ask for a better crew of people to be helping my mom out. Barry from the old management company ran this place wonderful. Looking to get to know the new management and hope they run it as well as Barry did.
