Old park and looks old..Yards are less than desirable showing that lawns are having weeds of invasive painful extremely painful when animals or people step on them. Mowers need to be treated and bagged so these weeds stop spreading. Also spraying them only makes the sandstorm dry out but no less painful.!!!!!! Mixed with a neighborhood of homes not belonging to Briarwood that is in terrible shape...homes in such a mix of fair to disrepair.. Then Briarwood has the same..Some newer..some mid year kept nice some not so much..such a mix and WHO BUILDS A MOBILE HOME PARK JUST THROWN IN THE MIDDLE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD THAT ARE A HUGE MESSY CONTROVERSY. Non Briarwood residents of that other neighborhood literally live in connected to Briarwood. WEIRD.. PLUS having a very small office...clubhouse...library as small as a bathroom..AND yes the only positive I saw was a transport to shop and bank and daily activities that do seem fun but dont appear to change much..however that is a FAR CRY FROM RESORT STYLE LIVING. FAR FAR.... In the entire place there was one lot that was acceptable but they would rather keep it for themselves that rent the lot to people looking for a nicer view to move a brand new home on to!! Not one other lot was anything I'd want to put that on except one street that was fair..but the overall was not appealing 2 pools or not. This is NOT RESORT STYLE LIVING...PERIOD
