Needs some major updates. Most of the staff are good at their jobs. The major complaint is the social worker. She’s ineffective at her job, very hard to communicate with.

I used to enjoy coming here to do rehabilitation when it seemed like the whole staff cared. The OT and PT folks are top notch. This time was different from the gate not good different. I am actually right now trying to get transferred out of here.

I thought the place was fantastic. They took ever good care of my wife up until the day she passed away. The staff, nurses, and the aids where great.Special shout out to Sam. Excellent aid.

I loved Ashely Circle, my mom was taken care of there. She was never wet or dirty when I went there. The staff was amazing and took very good care of her. My mom couldnt chew food and tney had to puree it to make it easier to swallow. I never had an issue with urine smell or anything like that. Everyone there was great to my mom Any time there was a concern with my mom they called me immediately, I would highly recomend this place to anyone for their loved ones.
