Overall great care. Tv changed volume randomly. Usually fast response when you press the nurse call. Most of the food was good.

What an incredibly patient-centered organization the Brian Center in Low Moor VA is. Under the leadership of Mr. Robert McClintic, CEO, and with compassionate, truly dedicated and professional staff members, this Center is making a real and positive impact in the lives of patients and their families. Debbie Hollingsworth, in Social Services at the Brian, went far above and beyond to help our family member receive the rehabilitation she needs, advocating on her behalf with the insurance company as well as persistently working with the primary care provider’s staff. Debbie clearly cares and puts ALL patients’ needs first. She is persistent, professional, honest and does not give up when countless others might. As a healthcare provider for 30 years, I have had the privilege of serving patients and their families alongside multidisciplinary team members. I humbly and wholeheartedly recommend this Center and, again, extend my and our family’s gratitude in providing quality and compassionate care. Thank you.

My husband had a stroke in 2017 at the age of 50. This was a tremendous shock as he had no known untreated health issues to cause it. Eventually we found a doctor to help answer the why question and Lee was diagnosed with a hereditary blood clot disorder called Factor VIII. We knew that his best chance at full recovery was immediate intense inpatient physical therapy. We feel that he received the best care and physical therapy while at The Brian Center. Robert McClintic, Jeni Baker, and Kelsey Parker went above and beyond to get Lee where he is today. I would also shout out to the CNA staff which were also awesome. Donna aka “Sarge” was the perfect combination of motivation and genuine care. Kelsey Parker was our real hero by being aggressive in his physical therapy goals and providing him the boost he needed to transition to outpatient therapy. Greenbrier Physical Therapy was also instrumental and very good to us in outpatient therapy closer to our home. I would give The Brian Center a rating >than five stars in everything .....except maybe having beets and cabbage on the menu too often. Really joking aside the food was good but I think he just wasn’t old enough to appreciate beets and cabbage. Trust them to help your loved one with rehabilitation ; we are glad that we did!
