Spotless. Helpful and friendly staff. A nurse who obviously loves nursing as she smiles as she walks down the halls, gives good eye contact with each resident and makes each resident feel so very special. When I asked my son if he has a girlfriend he replied no, but I have a friend. The friend was the nurse. When I said hello to residents each replied in a relaxed tone of voice.

I truly feel like a 5 star rating is not enough. This place is incredible. My dad has dementia which I know is not easy to take care of, but they do amazing with him. This is the best facility that can redirect dementia patients without making them feel troubled. This is the best nursing home to help take care of your family members. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My mom was here for 2 months for rehab. In the last year she has been in and out of several places for rehab and therapy. Heritage Hall did more good for her than anywhere else, there's no comparison. She has many health issues, so while she still struggles, she's better than she has been in a year and I give credit to Heritage Hall for that. All of it was a positive experience. The therapy was the best she's had and worked nothing short of a miracle with her. The nursing staff was kind, and considerate. Every concern I had was quickly addressed and I was never "blown off" because they knew better than me. The administrative team was wonderful to work with and listened patiently and answered all of my questions. When mom entered Heritage Hall only a week before the hospital had said she wouldn't live more than a few days at the most. While God is ultimately in control, Heritage Hall proved them wrong and she's doing very well, even now that she's home. Thank you Heritage Hall!
