My husband Keith Hosey came to Allegheny health and rehab. He started in the C Wing. He was there for five days and then Monday he moved into the A wing in A 3. This is just to let everyone know that the nurses the CNA‘s everyone and I mean everyone that came into his room came in with the smile they went above and beyond what they’re supposed to do for him. I had my reservations at first because I remember when Allegheny health and rehab was called the Golden Living Center and I was reluctant to let him come here but Tuesday a week ago I came and took a tour and as soon as I walked in the front door, I knew this was the place. The atmosphere had changed the pardoning expression. The smell had changed. This was more like like a hospital or Home then it was a health and rehab. I was very impressed with everyone. I came in contact with from administration down to maintenance and in both wings. They have been fabulous with him and I Will recommend Allegheny health and rehab whenever someone ask me where they think is the best place. And by all that I’ve seen and and witnessed here at Allegheny health and rehab. This is the best place for anyone to come to.. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone here. They’ve been so friendly and helpful and I just can’t praise these ladies and gentlemen that that help with my husband‘s care please take in. Let everyone know about this review that they truly deserve All the praises and respect from everyone that that comes in here to visit their loved ones. Alleghany Health and Rehab has truly grown under the leadership of Titi, the new administrator. She leads with both structure and heart. You can tell she genuinely cares about each resident and is committed to building a kind and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the doors. Amanda, the Director of Nursing, is equally nice and approachable. The nurses and CNAs consistently go the extra mile. They are always patient, respectful, and attentive in a way that doesn’t go unnoticed. The therapy team is also wonderful. They are uplifting, skilled, and really help residents gain confidence and strength. The building itself is clean and welcoming, and there are no unpleasant odors. That speaks volumes about how much pride the team takes in maintaining a dignified, home-like space. If you are considering a nursing facility for a loved one, I highly recommend stopping by in person. The difference at Alleghany is something you can feel. AHR is growing in all the right ways, and it is clear that residents are genuinely valued here.

Alleghany Health and Rehab is a great facility, The staff are friendly and compassionate, and it feels very home-like. I encourage prospective residents and families to visit the facility in person and check it out.

If I could give more stars I would. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. EVERYONE was so nice and caring for Beverly during her time here and supported all of us during her final days. There is so much love in this facility, you will not be disappointed. Thank you all for being who you are. Jessica, Kim and Heather, along with every other nurse there, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Great facility an older building but love fills up the place. Residents are truly loved and treated like family here the staff treat each resident and family member with respect kindness and love. Management staff has and open door policy and they definitely go beyond for each resident and their staff. If you haven’t been to tour or visit lately stop in you’ll be treated like family and given a tour. Never judge a book by its cover it’s the inside pages that tell the story remember that.
