The Brentwood Seniors, residence has been absolutely OUTSTANDING for my father Ted Sr. The management from the maintenance service to Ms. Jackson has been wonderful. I’m at peace knowing my father’s residence is at Brentwood. The location gives tenants easy access to downtown Cartersville and other amenities, public pool, public transportation and even the Cartersville cab system is very reasonable and some of the drivers are quite personable. Thumbs up to the Brentwood Seniors, a Class A-1 venue.

I've been living here for seven in a half months and I just love it love ❤️ the professionalism, well maintained and security. Everyone here is friendly and looks out for each other. Mrs. Nina takes good care of our home 🏡

Nina, the property manager , is great at what she does. The inside and outside of the building is well maintained and secure . The residents from what I’ve noticed seem to be happy here and I believe it’s because there’s always some kind of activity going on such as regular days to play bingo, creating art work, Mother’s Day celebrations, AT&T presentations, and I’m sure there’s more good stuff to come. Brentwood Senior has an active and vibrant community of seniors!

Been here almost a year now. Very well maintained inside and out. I like the locked doors so only residents can come in with a fob. Gives me a sense of security.

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. This place is far from a senior living apartment complex, unless you consider that seniors are very capable of walking long distances up and down stairs, or down long hallways to get on the elevator. The rooms have absolutely NO senior amenities, like the shower bar or toilet bar to help with balance. The water bill is not just the water you use, but they average the bill amongst the entire complex. The trash stays overflowing in the trash ROOM; it’s stored within the building instead of outside. If you ever need help with anything, you can forget it, there’s NEVER anyone in the office or to answer the phone number provided on the office door. Most of all, they withdraw money from your account without permission. Please save your time and money, and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
