I think the last review is false. I have been your great aunt’s roommate for a while. There is no such thing that I’ve seen such as abuse from Aid to resident. This is a wonderful facility to live in and they give great care. We get along very well.

My great aunt is being mistreated in this facility.<br><br>She fell somehow - and cut her forehead pretty bad, she needed stitches.<br><br>Someone in corporate needs to look into this. Patients aren’t treated nicely.

I can’t say enough about how awesome the staff is at Braemar Medford<br>They continually excel in all areas of<br>Care. The administration is doing a great job there.This commitment to excellence is hard to find these days in tertiary care

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire staff for the excellent care.<br>My husband, and his siblings are appreciative and most importantly impressed with the care that your staff provides to their mother.<br>Maria has received care in other assisted living facilities, but by far,<br>Braemar, has provided the best care.<br><br>The entire staff manages her with competency and compassionate.<br><br>Thanks again, for your leadership and the care your team provides to Maria each and everyday.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Jean Macedonio - Admissions, during our search for assisted living for our mom. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help our family with the tour, paperwork, and every question we had along the way. Her warmth, kindness, patience, and genuine compassion made a very emotional process so much easier for all of us.<br><br>Although family ultimately decided on a different arrangement, with one of Mom’s daughters taking her in, we felt it was important to recognize how incredible Jean was throughout the entire process. She treated us with such care and dedication, and we truly appreciated the time and effort she gave to our family.<br><br>Jean is a true professional with a caring heart, and anyone working with her will be in wonderful hands.
