I am deeply disappointed with the care my mother-in-law received at this facility. The environment was outdated and often felt unclean, which was very concerning for a place responsible for vulnerable patients. During her stay, we witnessed multiple instances where residents appeared unattended for long periods of time. My mother-in-law experienced several falls, and we struggled to feel confident that she was being consistently monitored and cared for. It was also upsetting to see that she was frequently left unclean after eating or drinking, which reflects a lack of attention to basic daily care and dignity. Most heartbreaking of all, she passed away alone. No family should have to go through that, and no resident should feel isolated in their final moments. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options when choosing a facility for their loved ones.

This place is a joke! Dirty and very stingy with their food for residents. All about management and residents get the bottom tier. Never send a family member there just ask the hospitals.

Horrible service for my mom she broke her hip and we chose her because my grandmother went her awhile back but has got Horrible in that time frame. She was asked not to walk on her leg and get help to do anything she would call the nurse light it would take over 15-30 minutes to come help her use the restroom or whatever she needed help with so sad to see this happen to my mom Aren the adim guy was amazing and the only one to help my mom when she needed it or I had ro call him to get nurse's down to her room to help her.to the bathroom. Don't put your love ones there

My dad entered Winding Trails about two months ago and had started his decline prior to arrival. During his time there, he had many good experiences and relationships with the staff and other residents. The staff really cared about him, tried hard and went out of their way to give him a positive experience. In the end during hospice and his passing; I thought the staff did a great job supporting us and him as best they could with professionalism, compassion and he received good care. I was really impressed with the staff and am grateful for our experience there. Thank You Winding Trails.❤️
