I moved a family member here to Richmond and knew nothing about Bon Secour. I had googled home health and I cannot express how happy we are with every single person affiliated with this program! They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND the norm.. I don’t know how else I could express our gratitude for everyone at BON Secour but thank you so much! Anything and everything we’ve asked was answered promptly and efficiently! Every phone call email request was dealt with in a very expedited manner. Keep up the care and love you show your patients. My family and I cannot emphasize enough the GREAT care we receive and recieved for our loved one!! Every nurse from Rhonda and Trella, who taught and supported us in the launch of this journey; to Kasi who advocated, and Andi who brings excellent perspective in care we thank you!!! Thelma and Keondra are gifted home health aides, we are very pleased! Each nurse, aide, therapist informs in a timely manner when they will come and are timely.

They say one thing then do another. They are very unorganized, 40 minutes late for appointment and don't call to say a word. When I reached out to them I got a different story about who's coming and when with a few apologies. I really like St Mary's hospitals and their staff. I'm always almost very happy after receiving treatment there. However, the hospice team for home care, is another story. Maybe, they'll get their acts together by 2030 when they see robots are taking their jobs and doing a better job than they are. (My terminal ill love one thoughts)😭 support disappointed!

I would never allow BonSecour my home again! You are the most unprofessional home healthcare agency I have ever dealt with. The therapist occupational and physical told lies to their bus to cover up their lack of professionalism at no point during this series of home healthcare have I ever been talked to the way Phil the supposed manager talked to a me.The other director have a name of debsaid she could not do anything about my complaint because she was not here.!!? She is sending out supposedly professional therapist into peoples homes and then taking every word they say at heart and not listening to the patient or the patient’s doctor’s office doctors orders STAY CLEARLof this company!!!, after suffering a stroke six months ago still have no use of my arm and the therapist told the baths a complete lie that I let my 14-year-old son driving all over town! That’s the biggest joke I could not even make this up if I wanted to very very very unprofessional Therapistand Unethical I don’t know how they sleep at night! Everyt Single employee should be fired and then build a company again with better higher-quality professionalsInstead of talking about other staff members and the patients prescience! they will make you feel like you didn’t exist and tell you that you are noncompliant when you go get a haircut or take your child to the dentist by means of a neighbor. Definitely find another company. That is my truth and I take pride in it they have they! do not

Extremely pleased with Bon Secours Home Care. My father received top notch care from Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy. All of the therapist were accommodating, caring, thorough, patient and very supportive. We had the misfortune of dealing with another local home care company in the Richmond area prior to hiring Bon Secour --- it was such a relief to have professionals who truly want their patients to succeed. (I cannot review their nurses or aides, but their PT, OT, & SLP are some of the best in Richmond). Thanks so very much for getting my Dad back on track and on the road to recovering.
