This place is appalling! I am a disabled cancer survivor. My first experience with them the first day the lady just seemed lazy. "Oh well", I thought,"she'll warm up once we get aquainted" nope! A different lady came the next day and since my husband answered the door she assumed something had happened to me and called the cops! He was here when I was being evaluated for home health! I had to fight for weeks to get home health again. Stupidly, I didn't punish the company and decided to give them another try. The woman who called to set up the schedule was rude and impatient, saying I HAD to start services on the date the approval was for or she would just cancel ALL of the help- I rearranged my schedule since I was so eager to start getting help; I REALLY needed it! The first week the first girl tells me she has to have Wednesday off. So I have to be flexible to their schedule but I don't get flexibility for mine? Bogus! Then, the next day it isn't even the same person, and they still didn't send someone Wednesday despite sending a different person every day. They ended up no call, no showing by the first Friday- and their phone was disconnected. The following Monday (today) they once again have sent no one and their phone has a message that won't let you speak to anyone or leave a message. Aside from this ridiculous unacceptable business, the people that did show up to "help" me were unsavory, lazy, rude, and weren't worth the trouble they caused. One pretended to do laundry for and hour and a half while I delt with some family business- she sat on my bed and played on her phone! This place ought to be shut down and I can only hope it goes out of business soon so it can stop collecting tax dollars for "services rendered"!
