Flourish Collection at Oakland Charter Township is one of two luxury senior living communities developed by Moceri Companies in Rochester and Oakland Charter Township, Michigan, and is part of the StoryPoint Group family of senior living communities. The community is designed for comfortable aging in place, offering active adult living, independent living, assisted living and memory care lifestyle options so residents can move between levels of care as their needs change.

Independent living options include cottage-style homes, single-story ranch homes and duet homes, along with apartment-style living for those needing a higher level of care. Ranch homes offer spacious two-bedroom layouts with stylish finishes and a private garage. Cottage homes are detached single-family residences with up to four bedrooms and four bathrooms and large windows for natural light. Duet homes are two- and three-bedroom residences with cathedral ceilings, kitchen islands, covered porches and up to three bathrooms with a two-car garage.

Assisted living residents receive support with medication, daily activities and appointment coordination through 24-hour staff support, while living in modern assisted living apartment homes. The licensed memory care neighborhood is designed for residents experiencing dementia or other memory impairments, featuring specially trained staff, intentional programming and a secure outdoor courtyard for calming engagement.

The campus spans 20 acres and includes scenic walking trails, a bocce ball court, pickleball courts, and both indoor and outdoor pools for water aerobics and lap swimming.
