My grandfather has been staying at Birchwood Suites, and our family has been very pleased with the care and attention he receives. The staff is compassionate, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and it gives our family peace of mind knowing he is in a safe and caring environment.<br><br>The team does an excellent job providing personalized care while treating residents with dignity and respect. Communication with family members has also been excellent, which is something we truly appreciate.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Birchwood Suites for the dedication and kindness you show every day. We highly recommend Birchwood Suites to anyone looking for a caring assisted living community for their loved one.

I would highly recommend this compassionate, clean place for your loved ones. I searched so many and this the absolute best! The Owner is always making sure things are perfect for the residents! Food is healthy and made fresh for each meal - Birchwood is also very clean- staff is wonderful and on top of all the needs. Administration under Brian assist with every need- no matter how small or big! The grounds are beautiful - flowers blooming - always fresh paint and a beautiful scenic pond to sit around with a fountain. Residents love their days at the Recreation Center and a nurse is also on the premise. Look no further for your loved ones❤️

From the first phone call from the visit for my aunt I felt so happy and convinced this was a perfect place for her . The owner Brian made all my worries and concerns disappear. . Thus facility is clean beautiful and makes everyone there feel like family. . I highly recommend Birchwood Assisted living .
