Do not answer call buttons sometimes have to wait 15 mins like the other day. I even screamed but no one came in. This happens on a regular basis and l am tired of it. Not getting any exercise in the dining room in the morning by Michelle. Lucia is fabulous does exercises right up to 11,00 am. she is wonderful. she also puts up decorations. I hope she’s appreciated. Give her an A. Michelle is not following whats on the board does what she wants so I sit around all afternoon with nothing to do unacceptable. I understand she’s only working Thursdays and Sundays. Too bad.

My father-in-law received excellent care and attention from the nurses and aides, and he loved the food. It was his second stay in a nursing home and Birchwood was far superior.

While most long term care facilities struggle to recruit and retain staff, Birchwood has many nurses, aides, and administrative staff who have been there forever and take pride in caring for their residents.
