Parent has been without heat, using electric heater for over 4 weeks. We have been trying to get answers, maintenance knows nothing..management did not even know there was a problem for over a week...still not having heating/hvac company do the repair..only called in for consultation purposes, we have spoken to assistant, property manager and VP Mike..no resolve!! All we get is part coming in Monday or Tuesday..part coming in...I ask for Regional phone number, we don't have it, Corporate number..go on website we don't have it..no one knows what the other is doing!

This is a lovely residence. I have been helping a family member with the application process, and the office staff, particularly Trish, has been tremendously helpful and friendly. Looking forward to having family living here soon!
