I’m a caregiver for one of their elderly patients and this company never shows up. They hang up the phone on us constantly. They are scheduled to come out once a week and we can’t even get that. So frusterating don’t use them.

A Truly Compassionate and Supportive Team While Big Sky as a whole is a well oiled machine and have a passion for their community and team. This shows in their communication, work ethic and execution of team ideas. Their warmth can make an incredibly difficult time feel a little lighter. You can tell they truly care about the people they serve—not just as patients, but as human beings. If you’re looking for a hospice that combines professionalism with heartfelt compassion, I couldn’t recommend this team more highly.

We are currently going through hell with this company. Libby the RN is amazing, sweet and caring. That’s where it stops. The case worker,Cassie is very deceptive and downright dishonest. On four occasions in the last to weeks she has given us false information then tried to deny it even though multiple people heard her. This has cost us thousands of dollars. We are facing thousands more because of her dishonesty. There are multiple hospice companies in Missoula and surrounding areas . One will be happy not making the mistake we did. BEWARE!!!!!
