Wow the team here is such a Rockstar! Gretchen and Carla are so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! Vicki wow she is so wonderful and detailed and caring I can tell she runs such a great caregiving team! The amount of love and compassion that these three lady’s brings to Bickford is amazing. The atmosphere here is wonderful and they truly treat loved ones like their own family.

I referred a family to this community and they cannot thank me enough.<br>They are very impressed with the care their mother is receiving and the rapid response they receive to any questions they have.<br>I would highly recommend Bickford of Shelby Township!

This is not just an assisted living, it is THE Assisted Living. Gretchin and her team are beyond amazing. We had to move Dad after a terrible stay at another assisted living and Bickford is phenomenal. They go above an beyond with all that they do, the staff are all amazing, food is great and their prices are on point for what you receive. We tried to go the cheaper way first and the results were, poor care, no RN on site, food was awful, falls and hospital visits, but now at Bickford, Dad is thriving. I 100% recommend everyone to check them out. They are worth every penny.

My great grandfather has been at Bickford of Shelby for quite a while and he couldn't be happier with the care has received and he says the food is fantastic.
