About Shalom Park

Beth Israel at Shalom Park is a nursing home community where a family of Care Partners and Elders support one another in a loving, home-like environment. The community emphasizes honoring each individual, building relationships, and creating a genuine culture of home rather than an institutional setting.

Licensed professionals are on staff 24 hours a day, providing care in a dignified, respectful, compassionate, and loving manner. The community follows the Eden Alternative philosophy, which focuses on improving quality of life by addressing the emotional, spiritual, social, residential, and medical needs of the Elders who live there.

Care at Shalom Park is Elder-directed, meaning each person guides their own path of care with support from their Care Partners. This applies whether an Elder is working toward rehabilitation to return home or choosing to make Shalom Park their permanent home.

The community offers ongoing activities designed to nurture the body along with the mind, spirit, and soul, giving residents opportunities for learning, growth, and enjoyment throughout their time there.

Shalom Park is committed to equitable care and welcomes and serves all individuals, complying with applicable federal civil rights laws and not discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, age, disability, genetic information, or ancestry.

Shalom Park is not a pleasant place to place your love ones(especially in the last 3 months since they hired the new dining director( Jim Barrett) Jim doesn’t give the residents the required amounts of food because he wants to stay in budget of food costs,he also doesn’t know how to treat the residents nor the staff with respect he’s not a pleasant person & he shouldn’t have been transferred to this account,Mindy M. The administrator backs him up they do not want to feed the residents good quality food they always serving the residents chicken & ground beef barely, if the elders have special diets they get treated poorly & neglected please I highly don’t recommend you send your family members to this place they only care about donations & as a Jewish facility they don’t accommodate the Jewish Culture!!!

Recently we needed to find a nursing home for our family member and came upon Beth Israel Shalom Park after doing considerable research. The facility, staff, food and amenities are simply stated, unmatched. What makes Shalom Park particularly great is their admissions director, Andrea and front office administrator, Charley. From the first time we met Andrea and went on a tour, it was evident that she was a professional making sure all of the details were taken care of and that our family member was not only welcome but well cared for. If you are looking for the best nursing care, rehab, and long term care there is no better place in all of CO than Shalom Park!

My Mom has been in Shalom Park for over a year. It is a wonderful place that I'd recommend whole-heartedly. The staff is kind and compassionate, the care is excellent, the activities are incredible. On every aspect, Shalom Park excels. After a disastrous year in assisted living, we were so grateful to find Shalom Park. Thank you to the team!

"Shalom Park is a complete disaster when it comes to providing compassionate care. The administrator's behavior towards my mom was appalling - kicking her out and violating her visitation rights is unacceptable. It's clear that the staff lacks empathy and understanding. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The administrator's actions are a reflection of the facility's priorities, and it's clear that they value profits over people. If you care about your loved one's well-being, stay far away from Shalom Park."
