I would not recommend this company because they come in and promise everything you need and fall short on delivering. I have a son with autism that I rely on helpers coming and there's more no-shows than there is of actual worked days. I understand employing people is difficult at this time but when management can't call me and give me an update whether I have help or not that's where I have a problem.
