My grandmother was here for rehab and now in residential care here. The care is exceptional. Our family saw that her needs were always taken care of. Eric Chen and Yvonne Chen made sure our questions were answered and were very patient with us. Phillip Cheung, our social worker, is fantastic. We really felt the employees' hearts in their work.

I had an incredibly positive experience at this rehab center, and I’m truly grateful for the care and support I received from the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the concierge team made the process feel smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Their professionalism and kindness immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right place. I especially want to recognize Yvonne and Eric, who are both such valuable parts of the team. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported, comfortable, and encouraged throughout my time here. Their compassion, patience, and genuine dedication to helping people truly stood out. It’s clear they care deeply about every individual’s recovery journey. The staff as a whole created a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment that made healing possible. I would highly recommend this rehab center to anyone looking for a place with a caring team, excellent support, and people who truly make a difference.

This facility has great staff that communicates clearly and holds a lot of patience. After I walked into the facility, a guy named Philip greeted me, and he was really nice. I asked him for directions and he was clear and direct with them.

A family member of mine stayed at Bensonhurst Rehabilitation Center, and we had a very positive experience overall. The concierge team was kind and extremely attentive to both the patient and our family. They were always available to help out and answer questions. The physical therapy on the second floor was excellent, they truly focused on recovery process. Compared to other rehab, Bensonhurst Rehab was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Bensonhurst Rehab Center to anyone looking for compassionate and high quality care.
