Our family entrusted Belmont Village Sunnyvale with the care of my father-in-law during the final chapter of his life, and we will be forever grateful for the compassion, dignity, and support they provided. Over the past year, his needs changed significantly, from assisted living to memory care and ultimately hospice. Through every stage, the staff treated him with kindness, patience, and respect. They cared not only for him, but for our entire family during an incredibly difficult time. The memory care and hospice teams were extraordinary. Even during moments of confusion, fear, and decline, they met him with compassion and professionalism. It was clear that this was more than a job to them—they truly cared. What stood out most was the sense of family. We never felt alone in the decisions we had to make, and the staff consistently communicated with honesty, empathy, and genuine concern for his well-being. Because of their care, my husband was able to spend meaningful time with his father and say goodbye before he passed peacefully. That gift is something we will always cherish. We cannot thank Belmont Village Sunnyvale enough for helping our family navigate one of life's most difficult journeys. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate community for a loved one.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Belmont Village, where my best friend of forty years resides. The nursing section is remarkably efficient and calls for assistance are generally answered within minutes, even in the early hours of the morning. My friend who is in danger of falling is cared for and monitored closely. Meals are prepared by professional chefs and are, without exaggeration, of restaurant quality. The community is scrupulously maintained and its apartments are roomy, comfortable and attractive. Most of all, the staff is helpful, reliable, and professional in all respects. We additionally enjoy the impressive outdoor garden with landscaped plantings and a long path ideal for wheelchair users or those capable of walking with minimal assistance. Residents who've lived in other senior communities praise Belmont as superior and enjoy living in the community. Its high rating is well deserved.

My loved one lives at this community. It is exceptionally well-run and maintains a high standard of care and professionalism across the board. The staff is attentive, the facility is clean, and there is a clear sense of organization in everything they do. It’s evident that the leadership team of Executive Director Tyler Manzo and Nurse Nadia Jones, put a great deal of effort into ensuring a positive environment for both residents and their families. Communication is consistent, and the operations are seamless. If you are looking for a reliable and compassionate place for your loved ones, I highly recommend.

This is a great assisted living community. You can tell almost immediately how involved the staff is and how much they care for their residents. The community itself is clean, no “smells”, and feels very secure. It was worth the visit! Even the executive director introduced himself to us which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised and look forward to showing our loved one around.

We would like to share our experience with Belmont Village, Sunnyvale, CA. My parents were both residents for the last several years. The staff is so very kind, friendly, competent and caring. From my parents' earliest days living there, I was so impressed that every staff member knew all the residents by name! They get to know the family members as well, and always have a smile. There are many activities, field trips, movies, family parties, etc., so there is something for everyone to feel engaged. The facility is very clean, light, and bright, which was very important to me. Some places we looked at were a little depressing, so it was such a pleasure to tour and select Belmont. My Dad could not say enough about how wonderful the menu at Josephine's kitchen was each day, and particularly on holidays when so much care and attention went into making the meal special. The nursing staff in the Assisted Living section and Memory Care were so patient and compassionate. We truly appreciated the whole team at Belmont from the receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping, maintenance, PALs, nurses, activity directors, to management. Thank you for all you did for our family!
