I agree with all of the comments about no one ever answering the phone! For the money that this place enjoys, the phone should be answered ASAP. I just left a message .....let's see how long it takes them to get back to me!

Belle Meade has a concierge on duty during the day to answer phones. Could you be talking about The Coventry or Health Care? We have three facilities on this campus. I know at Belle Meade there is voice mail during the day and they return calls right away. After hours our security staff answers the phone.

Agreed on the never answering the phone. I could not reach my elderly father one evening. I knew he was under the weather as I had talked to him early in the day. I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I finally tracked down a number to their SNF. There I was told that the facility has no one who can do a resident check. She ended up calling the gate attendant. He was able to go check on my father and then call an ambulance.

I don't get it. NO ONE ever answers the phone here. I call at all hours of the day (daytime) and I still get a voice message. What if I had an emergency where I was trying to reach someone elderly that lived there? I find it odd that the phone is never answered at a retirement facility. The facility itself seems nice and when I got someone on the phone from sales they were more than happy to help me, but question if I am not buying how valued a customer I am.
