My mom had a postive experince due to the attention and love given by Lynn. She was a postive ,kind person who brought joy to her room everytime she entered. She recieved great care from each physical therapists. She made sure to thank them personally before leaving.

I am giving 2 stars because the parts I saw were clean and tidy as were the staff. However, in less than 2 days they evidently planned to leave my husband in bed all weekend, told him to use his diaper as they would not get him up to go to the bathroom, had him housed in half a room not big enough to swing a cat that was over 80 degrees, failed to give him his morning inhaler and told him he would have to wait until night, were late with medicines, and gave him the diet intended for the former inmate of his room which was designed for a different medical condition than he has. I removed him from this facility before something worse happened.

My 9 day stay was made bearable by the amazing staff at Bella Terra Elmhurst. Each person I met was extremely kind and eager to help. From the food staff, every nurse, patient assistant, therapist, and doctor were amazing. They showed genuine concern in caring for me. May God bless each and every one of them. I feel they were angels sent from God.

After an unexpected hospital stay of three weeks I was sent to Bella Terra in Elmhurst IL for rehabilitation recovery. The 3 weeks I spent in the hospital bed took all my strength. When I came to myself I could barely move. I didn’t want to go to rehab but I needed it. I was not forced to go to physical therapy I was encouraged to do so. All the therapist I encountered were very supportive and patient.. Chris, Beth I’m missing two others and especially Tim. I got stronger every day even I was amazed. The staff was wonderful nurses April and Christian explained my medications and were very pleasant. Dr. Amy was like a ray of sunshine every time she came to see me. I would like to thank all the staff at Bella Terra, you made my experience very beneficial to my health. Thank you all.
