The nursing director was the best at the orientation the way he explained everything, even a toddler could have understood. Over all a gr8 facility I would highly recommended bringing your family here for care .

This place has the best team, loving and professional, especially the Asian/ Chinese team, in particular, was very helpful to my elderly sister, who needs special care and doesn't speak English. It would be even better if they could provide Chinese food.

Our family had a wonderful experience with Bedford Center nursing and rehabilitation while my mother-in-law was there. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The nurses, therapists, and caregivers were attentive, patient, and always willing to help with anything she needed. The rehabilitation team did an amazing job helping her regain strength and confidence, and we truly appreciated the care and encouragement they provided every day. The facility was always clean, organized, and welcoming, which gave our family great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the excellent care, communication, and support we received throughout her stay. Thank you to the entire team for making such a difficult time much easier for our family. We would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality nursing and rehabilitation care

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Bedford Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation to anyone seeking the very best care for themself or their loved one. The facility is excellent! Their therapies & treatments work! My father thrives here! Bedford Center is always my 1st choice because of their highly knowledgeable, professional nursing staff, awesome rehabilitation department, robust recreation program & a compassionate staff that treats residents very well. The staff responds quickly to all concerns. Rose was my father’s social worker during his most recent stay. She was very thorough and offered great resources. The facility is clean and bright throughout with a large family room on the 1st floor & an enclosed outside area to get fresh air. All rooms have an iPad for residence convenience. My father used his iPad for gospel music on YouTube. From the moment I entered Bedford Center, I was warmly welcomed by Josiah Williams their Concierge. As I was touring the facility, Ms Sow, a nurse on the 1st floor offered to assist me with whatever I need help with should I chose to place my father in Bedford Center. Charge Nurse Arati was a constant ally who kept me informed & made sure that daddy’s needs were met on time. Nurses Osei, Jones , Morgan, Komba & Jet really looked out for him. Sandra always took outstanding care of daddy during his first visit and Ms Tucker did the same in his 2nd vist. Michelle from the 2nd floor recreation department always came to visit him at the 1st floor recreation department during his 2nd stay. This is an example of the kind of place Bedford Center is & how they treat residents like family. I want to thank the entire nursing staff including all PCAs who attended to him, and housekeeping for deep cleaning his room daily too. Special thanks to Ms White and all others who fed him until he could start eating by himself again. Daddy is approaching 101 years old now thanks to the excellent care he received from Bedford Center twice.

We had an excellent experience with Bedford Center Rehab. The staff is incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, the team made sure every need was addressed promptly and professionally. The therapists are knowledgeable and dedicated, and they take the time to create a personalized plan that truly supports recovery. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment for both patients and families. Communication was clear throughout the entire stay, and I always felt confident that my loved one was receiving high-quality care. I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at Bedford Center Rehab. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable and supportive rehabilitation services.
