I was there for about 2 weeks and couldn’t wait to get out of there. The therapists are exceptional. There was one nurse that was great her name is Kim, the night nurses were from an agency and really didn’t know what they were doing and the cna’s some were exceptional and others were very bad. I sat on a bedside commode for 45 minutes before I got any help which is uncalled for. They turned off my call light so I couldn’t get any help, left me laying flat and I couldn’t breath. They really need to be investigated on without notice and see who gets the help and who gets lackluster help. I will never go back or put one of my family members there. Which is sad cuz it’s a very clean place and the food was very good.
Thank you
Kimberly

Edit: I love when a bot a bit replies 😂

Nothing is anyone's job. The staff seems unhappy to be working there. My father was discharged from the hospital to Bear Creek to get stronger before coming home. He got worse. No physical therapy, not a single person would help him maintain his colostomy bag, had to beg for his prescription medications, the worst food I've ever seen and he was still in the same clothes for the almost week he was there even though he had clean clothes. The place is run down and I wouldn't send someone I love here. If I had known beforehand what I know now, it wouldn't have happened to my Dad. I checked him out and he has already improved.

Father in law was a patient in the skilled nursing side. First thing I noticed was that the outside of building is dilapidated. Then you get inside to encounter a nursing staff that is incredibly rude and lazy when asked to perform there nursing duties. Don't send your loved ones here!!!
