Horrible staff! They are rude and disrespectful, they discriminate against anyone who has a slight disability. Male staff member yells at agency staff and treats them like garbage. Management is just as bad horrible attitudes. I would never let my family member live her and be subjected to this type of behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place is understaffed, they spend very little money on food or cooks, and the activities director has an impossible budget. The activities van cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The heavy doors residents have to use to access the garden / gazebo area have no automatic openers for people in wheelchairs or walkers. They are profit-oriented and corporate-owned. 06/2025 This place has had State Survey teams in and multiple police visits due to residents' missing their meds. My friend's (also a resident) daughter is calling APS as soon as the office opens. Also the food, if anything, has become worse. They refuse to pay what a qualified dietary manager with some knowledge of nutrition or skilled cooking - so they're sticking with an African staff who can't identify or compose American dishes or translate menus. I subsist mainly on Ensure. 2/15/26 - Food Portions and quality have improve a lot. The staff that sticks around seems like they really do care about the residents here and they do the best they can with what they have.

My mom and brother have lived at Skyway Park for a little over four years and they are both very happy there. The ALF staff seem to genuinely care about their comfort and well-being. They have both made friends. One of mom’s resident friends even takes her to church on Sundays. You just can’t put a price on happiness. One of the things that has most impressed me about this ALF, is that during the early part of the pandemic, the staff managed to keep the entire facility COVID-free. They did whatever it took to keep everyone safe and well during the time when vaccines were not yet available. This was an incredible accomplishment and one that staff should be proud of. The only adverse comment I have ever received from my family does concern the quality of the meals. It is for that reason I’m giving this review 4 stars instead of 5.

My brother has been living at The Residence at Skyway Park for over a year now He simply loves it. And I love that he loves it! He has made a lot of friends and loves his room and the staff. He has not complained about anything since he arrived. I always ask him how he's doing and he'll answer with a big smile and say he's 'terrific'! The staff have been wonderful and Caitlin, Malissa, Julie and Theresa are more than helpful and kind. They are quick to answer any concerns or questions I have about him or provide me with a quick update. I feel that he is well taken care of and when I visit him, I always notice how clean the facility is and also how well the residents are treated. I am more than happy to recommend this ALF.

Please tour our community and see first hand the great team an services we provide to care for your loved ones. The bad reviews are from disgruntled employees who were terminated or didn't respect those they agreed to serve by not showing up for scheduled shifts without notice. Chad is a friend of a resident who was evicted for not paying rent on time - he was happy to eat our food when he visited on a frequent basis. Our dedicated cooks serve home cooked meals each day. New Residents are informed prior to admission we do not provide special diets.
