Our family has had a great experience so far. The staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we checked in. They made the admission process smooth and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really appreciate the care and compassion they’ve shown to both our Tata and our family.

My mother was at Brookdale for rehab purposes in 2018. I have never seen so much incompetence in my entire life (other than government run offices, like the DMV)!!! I have personally seen and heard the emergency warning go off at the nurse's station, and no one even gets up to check on anyone! As for my mother's living situation, she has used her call button for help (all times for a real emergency), and nobody even came to her aid. She was forced to call me at home, and have me help her and/or tell them what's going on. But, even then, they don't even come into the room until after an hour after I tell them. If you are considering using Brookdale...DON'T!!!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. We were being pressured by the hospital to find quick placement for a family member. We called and visited so many facilities. Bayshire was the shining star. Laura and Chris our contact people were so kind, understanding and helpful. They guided us through the process. The facility was beautiful and clean. The staff was kind and supportive. It proved to be the perfect place for the healing and the rest our family member needed. We are forever grateful.

I have found the Bayshore staff to be caring, loving, friendly and helpful. As a retired long term care administrator with thirty years experience in skilled nursing and a quality assurance director I am truly impressed and satisfied with the quality of care my brother has be provided . My brother has shown remarkable improvement in his physical strength, gait, and positive attitude. Two weeks after his admission to the assisted living facility the staff assisted us in reserving your private dining room so we could celebrate my brother’s birthday. The staff was so helpful and did everything possible to make our celebration a positive experience. As a family member I believe my brother is in a truly safe and truly caring environment. My brother is back to his old self and we as a family couldn’t be happier. Thank you ❤️

This is a great facility!! New management has energized staff to provide outstanding, resident-centered care to all family members and guests. Disgruntled and poor performing staff that were not 100% committed to compassionate resident care, have chosen to leave. It's a beautiful facility and you can tour with staff, see the great accommodations, and talk with staff members who are the direct care givers to family members. Your family is welcome here!!!
