I had a great tour of Bayberry Commons today. Clean, spacious rooms/apartments, with warm and caring staff. I had known a resident who stayed there 15 years ago and he experienced wonderful care. If the need arises for my loved one, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring her here.

I'm just utterly shocked. I cannot believe that you would allow a family member to come in for a visit with a loved one, unlock the door, and not say a single word that the resident had passed last night. The loved one literally walked in and had to ask "where is she?"<br><br>I'd give negative stars if I could.

My dad has been a resident for almost 4 1/2 years. He recently went on hospice and needed a hoyer. This facility doesn’t allow them and overall has gone drastically downhill. I’ve had no communication with them about this. Left messages myself and not getting a call or update or even when he has to move. This is crud. Now I have to put my dad thru the trauma of moving right after the emotional distress going on hospice takes on him.
