I've used several agencies for my son. Hands down Bayada is the best. They provide more training and have great communication. We have several part time nurses and our scheduler Michelle is always on top of everything. We have also have some really great nurses over the years. I appreciate everyone in the office who keeps things running.

Lose the attitude & be honest Wendy. It is hard enough to navigate the health care needs of our elderly parents but then add an attitude to an employee makes things more difficult. My mother receives services from Bayada, and for some odd reason she was dropped from the schedule. No reason given. When I finally called Wendy gave me many reasons why my mom could have been cut from services. Instead of Wendy telling me she did not know, she had to throw out several examples. This just made me irritated. Long story short, BAYADA home health care is lacking in their customer service area. The office staff needs to be trained how to treat & speak to patients.
