Don't use this company. It's organized confusion. And don't use their physical therapy guy. We've been to 8 different physical therapists and their guy was the most arrogant, lazy, overweight, overbearing, jerk. The company rarely keeps a sheduled appointment and is constantly calling late or out completely. If I could have given them a negative 10, I would have.
