Bartram lakes assistant living is TERRIBLE! The administrator Felix has zero concerns about patient care in this building. Nurses & med technicians are there not passing the medications according to how they are supposed to in the MAR and narcotic books aren’t signed properly during shifts and that is a huge issue for the well being of patients. I chose to pick up here and refused to take a cart behind a nurse who didn’t sign out his narcotics. He also left medications in the hallways and in rooms unattended and when I asked him to account for what he left he started to get into an uproar. The administrator Felix seen everything he did and still put me on a DO NOT RETURN list all because I was worried about the safety of my patients! I would advise anyone to turn away from this building until they are provided with an administrative team that cares. I go above and beyond for my patients I am agency but I love on everyone of my patients as if I am their family. This hurts because I did nothing wrong but it’s nothing I can do. Best of luck to anyone there in that facility and to the families I pray all goes well and smoothly.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Bartram Lakes Assisted Living<br><br>I can't express enough how wonderful Bartram Lakes Assisted Living has been for my dad and our entire family. From the very beginning, Ellen, the Admission Director, went above and beyond to ensure that my dad felt at home and settled in quickly. She took the time to answer all of my questions and ease my concerns, making the transition so much smoother and more comfortable for him.<br><br>The staff at Bartram Lakes is absolutely fantastic. Nick, the Nurse Manager, is always available to address any concerns we might have, which gives me a great sense of reassurance. Janet, the Front Desk Coordinator, is incredibly personable and patient—residents see her as a friend, and she handles questions with such grace, no matter how often they're asked. Neise and Ellen, Activities Directors, ensures there is never a dull moment, organizing fun and engaging activities that keep my dad happy and active. And let me not forget the food—Dominique, the culinary chef, does an outstanding job. The meals are delicious, and it's clear she cares about the residents' dining experience.<br><br>My dad has been at Bartram Lakes for eight months now, and he has truly settled in. He loves the daily activities and has made many new friends, which has been such a blessing for him as he adjusts to his new home. The peace of mind I have knowing he is happy and well-cared for is priceless.<br><br>Before finding Bartram Lakes, I had many worries, but now, I feel completely at ease. I can even go on vacation and not stress about my dad’s care because I know he is in the best hands possible.<br><br>I am beyond grateful to Bartram Lakes Assisted Living for making what could have been a difficult decision an easy one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones. Thank you, Bartram Lakes, for everything you do for our family.

We chose Bartram Lakes Assisted Living for several reasons. 1) The recommendation of a friend who’s husband is a resident. 2) The professional reputation its parent company (Brooks) has within the community. 3) The size of the facility. 4) The friendliness of the staff. 5) The cleanliness. We have not been disappointed. It has exceeded our expectations in every way. Mom loves being able to socialize with others and the freedom to choose from all the activities offered. She is able to maintain her independence yet have assistance where needed. Before moving here her age-related conditions were undermining her self-confidence, but with the help of the staff and even other residents she has been regaining it. Bartram Lakes was the perfect choice for us.

Wonderfully staffed. Everyone is courteous and helpful. From housekeepers to dining room, residents are well taken care of. I’m the spouse of a resident and am in and out of here a lot so I observe what’s going on.
